PA PROVIDENCE — Providence Township Supervisors deny Mom's Store development plan in split vote. The board voted 2-1, with Member Lori L. Crossen dissenting, to reject both the applicant's time extension request and the land development plan for the property at 174 Cinder Road.
In other business, Chairman John E. Schroeder, Vice Chairman J. Pepper Goslin, and Member Lori L.
Crossen unanimously approved a $5,460 website update contract with PNTR Services, reappointed Robb Beiler to the zoning hearing board for three years, and appointed Brent Siegrist and Evan Wertz to planning commission positions. The board also adopted the Lancaster County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan on a 2-1 vote with Goslin abstaining.
