Board approves Creekside Phase 3 & 4 development security reduction

PA PROVIDENCE — Providence Township supervisors approve Creekside development security reduction and settlement. Chairman John Schroeder, Vice Chairman J. Pepper Goslin, and Member Lori Crossen approved a financial security reduction for the Creekside Phase 3 & 4 land development project from $181,550 to $43,148 in accordance with Solanco Engineering's evaluation.

The board unanimously ratified July bills totaling $252,317.90 and approved a $6,800 settlement with Robert and Catherine Blantz for corrugated metal pipe replacement. Supervisors also scheduled five budget workshop sessions for September 23, 30 and October 7, 14, 28.
