Zoning board approves insurance business and farmhouse expansion

PA PROVIDENCE — Zoning board approves two land-use applications. The Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board unanimously approved an application by Brent Landis to operate an insurance business at 2381 Beaver Valley Pike and an application by Lydia B. King for a proposed farmhouse expansion at 410 Sawmill Road.

Chairman Brad Duvall presided over the meeting and motioned on the first case; Vice Chairman Robb Beiler motioned on the second. Both applications passed unanimously with no public comment recorded.
