Zoning Board Approves Pennsy Road Cow Variance

PA PROVIDENCE — Zoning board unanimously approves second-cow variance at Pennsy Road. The Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board approved Jason Rhoads's variance request to keep an additional cow on his 1-acre property at 416 Pennsy Road on July 14. The application sought permission to maintain a second cow beyond the one currently permitted under the township's Zoning Ordinance.

Chairman Brad Duvall and members Omar Smoker and Wes Kauffman voted unanimously for approval.
