PA PROVIDENCE — Planning Commission approves landscaping waiver for dwelling project on Krantz Mill Road. The Commission recommended approval of the landscaping waiver for a property at 86 (122) Krantz Mill Road, owned by John Esh, and forwarded the land development and stormwater plan to the Board of Supervisors. The waiver had not been part of the Commission's previous approval of the plan in October 2025.
Chair Anthony Nardella presided, with members Kara Kalupson, Kenneth Wiker, Samuel Blank, and Evan Wertz present; Zoning Officer Ben McCue attended.
