PA PROVIDENCE — Providence Township Board awards three road maintenance contracts totaling $244,825. Chairman John E. Schroeder and Members Lori L.
Crossen and J. Pepper Goslin unanimously approved bids for equipment rental with Long's Asphalt, Inc. ($78,130.00), seal coating with Asphalt Industries, Inc. ($158,394.59), and truck rental with Asphalt Maintenance Solutions ($8,300.00). The Board also approved a $14,400.00 engineering contract with ELA Group for traffic signal upgrades and unanimously granted multiple land-development and stormwater waivers for three projects: Holtwood Mechanical, New Providence Church of God, and Oak Bottom LLC's low-pressure sewer system spanning East Drumore and Providence Township.
